Small green spaces in east Madison

Welcome to the tour! This tour walks through different small green spaces on the east side of Madison, WI, in the Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahara neighborhood. Along the way, you will see a variety of different types of green spaces, learn a bit about what makes each unique, and learn about how they came to be the way they are today. These pockets of green space provide small breaks from the urban/developed environments and allow the community to gather in a common area. At each place, take a moment to think about how each of these spaces contributes to the fabric of the area around them.
